II left the school where I had been working for 20 year  in 2000 and retired three years later. Today the school is very much better since I left. I believe there is a relationship between aaesthetic value, good discipline, and academic achievements. I also believe that students should be instilled with the sense of build to produce rather than pay to purchase,

So with those principles I set up for the take off. With the co-operation of the teachers we startted to set up condusive environments. But things didn't go fast, no pushing, do when one wish to do, do what one likes at one's own time.

Those days people did not talk of  'School of 5 Stars'. When the city council had a competition our school came out first, two years consecutively before it was abolished. One of the Primiers Schools went to complaint to say that the city council was unfair. The school said we are of the advantage because we have the skills to construct and to build.

Our school's cafetaria was the first one to look like the high end restaurant. The standard was set up to look like the hotel restaurant.

Later after wining several prices the Ministers of Education came to our school. The school was superb. The Ministry made our school as the bench mark and all techical schools have to visit us. We were very successful in academic achievements, Though we accept poor students, they achieve great successes. Parents came to thank us.

I was never popular among the top people in education because I work base on my principles and planning, whereas they have their own agenda. Most of them are not sincere in their job and they are very jealous if other people are better than them.

Today I am 62 yet am active in writting and developing softwares.  While the government and schools are very agressive on information technolgy, I reminded some of my friends of it's danger. There is no security when there are things which are supposed to be secret that can be sniffed.

However till today I still go to my old school to help it in computing. Soon the school will be hiring it's own server rather than depending on the Ministry of Education.
