    "Beloved, do not trust every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they belong to God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." The spirits include everyone regardless of rank or status. We should trust the word of God (Sacred Scripture) while understanding that it can be further developed but can never be diminished or reversed. There is no more important person to test than the person filling the papal office, the reining pope. [1 John 4:1]

        A business owner issues several safety regulations to keep his employees from harm but does nothing as employees begin breaking the rules. Employees test the employers sincerity at first by breaking relatively insignificant rules to check the employer's reaction. He does nothing. Increasingly the regulations are ignored and finally one employee is killed and another is severely injured. When queried in court, by an attorney for the families suing him, he defended himself by saying that he had made the rules for his employees to follow and therefore all responsibility for their actions was theirs. He believed that the fact he knew they were breaking the rules and did nothing was irrelevant.

        No sane person, and certainly not God, would absolve either the father or the employer. The high father of the Catholic Church, the pope, rejects accountability as did the father of the three year old and the employer. An accomplice in wrong doing is one who lends credibility to either sins of commission or omission. To admire a man who permits sin by either action or inaction makes one an accomplice in evil and accountable to God on judgement day.

        Almost without exception those with sound complaints about what is happening within the Church blame local bishops, priests, and even Vatican cardinals for various problems, but refuse to place accountability where it belongs.¹ Pope John Paul II has been in office over 22 years. Under his leadership almost every current cardinal and bishop has been appointed including the vast majority of those who are notorious sinners either by commission or by omission.

1. But the LORD said to Samuel: "Do not judge from his appearance or from his lofty stature, because I have rejected him. Not as man sees does God see, because man sees the appearance but the LORD looks into the heart." " [1 Samuel 16:7] 

        As a priest I long ago learned that a bishop soon learns about anything of significance taking place within his jurisdiction. During his 22 years in office it is certain that pope John Paul II has repeatedly heard of grave sins being perpetrated by his subordinates and yet he has taken little action to enforce either the doctrine of the Church or his own numerous published positions. He can only be seen as being ineffective by reason of his continual failure to enforce Church doctrine and his own decrees, that have been diminished, with some of them changing direction since his first years in office.

        The question must be asked, "Why?"

        There are four strong possibilities followed by one even stronger probability:

1. He does not trust in God to protect worthy actions that are seen as possibly causing a public schism. He fears being known as a pope responsible for a new schism. (de facto schisms already exist by reason of the many heresies being propounded, accepted and encouraged by the lack of discipline prevalent throughout the Church.)
   • "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength." [Mark 12:30] Full love requires trust.
   • "Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place." [Matthew 5:18]
   • "For if you had believed Moses, you would have believed me, because he wrote about me.[ 47] But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe my words?" [John 5:46-47]
   • "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God." [Col. 3:16]  God has often followed teaching with discipline; frequently severe.
2. He believes that compromising the Word of God for the sake of human peace is not offensive to God and may even be meritorious.
   • "Do not think that I have come to bring peace upon the earth. I have come to bring not peace but the sword." [Matthew 10:34]
   • "This rather is what I commanded them: Listen to my voice; then I will be your God and you shall be my people. Walk in all the ways that I command you, so that you may prosper.
             [24] But they obeyed not, nor did they pay heed. They walked in the hardness of their evil hearts and turned their backs, not their faces, to me. [25] From the day that your fathers left the land of Egypt even to this day, I have sent you untiringly all my servants the prophets. [26] Yet they have not obeyed me nor paid heed; they have stiffened their necks and done worse than their fathers. [27] When you speak all these words to them, they will not listen to you either; when you call to them, they will not answer you. [28] Say to them: This is the nation which does not listen to the voice of the LORD, its God, or take correction. Faithfulness has disappeared; the word itself is banished from their speech." [Jeremiah 7:23-28]
3. He is involved with some sin such as active homosexuality or pedophilia and is in denial of a God that condemns. It is apparent that many priests and bishops no longer believe in the teachings of Sacred Scripture.
   • "All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for refutation, for correction, and for training in righteousness, [17] so that one who belongs to God may be competent, equipped for every good work.
             [4:1] I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingly power: [2] proclaim the word; be persistent whether it is convenient or inconvenient; convince, reprimand, encourage through all patience and teaching. [3] For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine but, following their own desires and insatiable curiosity, will accumulate teachers [4] and will stop listening to the truth and will be diverted to myths." [2 Tim. 3:16-4:4] The Scripture referred to in verse sixteen is the Old Testament. The writings of the New Testament had yet to be formulated.
   • "Do you not know that the unjust will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators nor idolaters nor adulterers nor boy prostitutes (effeminate) nor practicing homosexuals." [1 Cor. 6:9] Footnote NAB 1 Cor. 6:9-10: A catalogue of typical vices that exclude from Heaven and that should be excluded from God's church. (Idolatry: Includes the worshiping of goals that opposes God's will.)
4. He is a coward who is unwilling to allow knowledge of some prior sin to be made public for which he is being blackmailed. For this reason, or one of the foregoing, he allows the appointments of bad bishops and cardinals and is incapacitated concerning their just discipline.
   • "A good tree does not bear rotten fruit, nor does a rotten tree bear good fruit. [44] For every tree is known by its own fruit." [Luke 6:43-44] (To promote rotten priests to higher office and then maintain them in office when it becomes unquestionably clear that they are rotten is the work of one with rotted faith and who is therefore unwilling to accept martyrdom for the good of God's kingdom.)
   • "But as for cowards, the unfaithful, the depraved, murderers, the unchaste, sorcerers, idol-worshipers, and deceivers of every sort, their lot is in the burning pool of fire and sulfur, which is the second death." [Rev. 21:8]
   • "For wickedness, of its nature cowardly, testifies in its own condemnation, and because of a distressed conscience, always magnifies misfortunes." [Wisdom 17:11]

           The foregoing fall into the category of possible explanations for the activities, the deceptions of pope John Paul II. The following is considered the probable explanation although it may be considered as being in combination with one or more of the precedent.

    

5. He is an infiltrator into the Church, that is, a shielded member of the Illuminati; a freemason or a member of some associated organization, a communist or an agent of some opposition government or anti-Catholic group, or an active sympathizer of one of the foregoing.
   • "But I now write to you not to associate with anyone named a brother, if he is immoral, greedy, an idolater, a slanderer, a drunkard, or a robber, not even to eat with such a person. [12] For why should I be judging outsiders? Is it not your business to judge those within? [13] God will judge those outside. "Purge the evil person from your midst." [1 Cor. 5:11-13] (An idolater is one who lends credence to the validity of a false god, or promotes false beliefs in association with the true God.)

The following facts are known concerning the reign of Karol Wojtyla; known as John Paul II:

1. The hierarchy is continuing the disintegration enhanced by Vatican II as seen in the promotion of nudity in Church art dating at least as far back as the 16th century.
2. There is little just discipline in much of the Church. Priests, bishops, and even cardinals either openly oppose, or at least allow opposition to clear Catholic teachings.
   • "I urge you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree in what you say, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and in the same purpose." [1 Cor. 1:10]
3. Many or most Catholics now believe they are going to Heaven regardless of what they do against the teachings of God as made known through His Church. This is propounded in the revised liturgy ^{endnotes 1} of Pope Paul VI and subsequent appurtenances, and is compounded by erroneous catechetical instruction and non-informative homilies at Sunday Masses.
   • "Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how many times I yearned to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her young under her wings, but you were unwilling! [38] Behold, your house will be abandoned, desolate. [39] I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.' "
             [24:1] Jesus left the temple area and was going away, when his disciples approached him to point out the temple buildings. [2] He said to them in reply, "You see all these things, do you not? Amen, I say to you, there will not be left here a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down." [Matthew 23:37-24:2]
4. False religions are increasingly being treated as though they have God's blessing and are acting in accordance with His will.
   • "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters." [Matthew 12:30] (There is only one true faith, one true belief system, not a multitude of divergent picks and choose beliefs.)
   

   a.  John Paul II prays at the wailing wall in Jerusalem to show friendship with those of the Jewish faith. Note that the wailing wall is the remnant of what is left following Jesus' prophesy as to its destruction. This was to be the conclusion of a doomed religion.

    

   • "That testimony is true. Therefore, admonish them sharply, so that they may be sound in the faith, [14] instead of paying attention to Jewish myths and regulations of people who have repudiated the truth." [Titus 1:13-14]
   • "As he was making his way out of the temple area one of his disciples said to him, "Look, teacher, what stones and what buildings!" [2] Jesus said to him, "Do you see these great buildings? There will not be one stone left upon another that will not be thrown down." [Mark 13:1-2] Note: The wall seen here was dug from beneath rubble.
   • "As he drew near, he saw the city and wept over it, [42] saying, "If this day you only knew what makes for peace--but now it is hidden from your eyes. [43] For the days are coming upon you when your enemies will raise a palisade against you; they will encircle you and hem you in on all sides. [44] They will smash you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave one stone upon another within you because you did not recognize the time of your visitation." [Luke 19:41-44]
   b.  He kisses the Koran for photographers in effect stating that the teachings of the illiterate Mohammed are not against the teachings of the faith established by our redeemer, Jesus. The endorsement of a false perspective of God is in opposition to the first Commandment; "Thou shall not have strange gods before me." A false version of the true God that denies the divinity of Jesus is the equivalent of worshiping idols.
   • "and in every wicked deceit for those who are perishing because they have not accepted the love of truth so that they may be saved. [11] Therefore, God is sending them a deceiving power so that they may believe the lie, [12] that all who have not believed the truth but have approved wrongdoing may be condemned." [2 Thes. 2:10-12]

• The Muslim Qur'an says Jesus was not the Son of God but His creation (like Adam) and that God would not take a son: [Surat 3.59 – "Surely the likeness of Isa (Jesus) is with Allah as the likeness of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was."]
• The Koran considers Jesus as no different than Moses or any other prophet. [Surat 3.84 – "Say: We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Ibrahim and Ismail and Ishaq and Yaqoub and the tribes, and what was given to Musa (Moses) and Isa (Jesus) and to the prophets from their Lord; we do not make any distinction between any of them, and to Him do we submit."]
• And the Qur'an rejects the concept of the "The Holy Trinity": [Surat 4.171 – "O followers of the Book! do not exceed the limits in your religion, and do not speak (lies) against Allah, but (speak) the truth; the Messiah, Isa son of Marium is only an apostle of Allah and His Word which He communicated to Marium and a spirit from Him; believe therefore in Allah and His apostles, and say not, Three. Desist, it is better for you; Allah is only one God; far be It from His glory that He should have a son, whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His, and Allah is sufficient for a Protector."]
• The Koran rejects that Jesus is the Son of God. [Surat 19.88-93 – "And they say: The Beneficent God has taken (to Himself) a son. Certainly you have made an abominable assertion. The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. And it is not worthy of the Beneficent God that He should take (to Himself) a son. There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent God as a servant.] [See also: Surat 39.4]

          Christianity demonstrates from Jewish writings that Jesus is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophesies. Mohammed, the founder of Islam, rewrote both Old and New testament teachings more than 500 years after the latest recorded events had taken place. The egotistical Mohammed, to serve his own ends, revised history to discredit known events in order to unite the descendants of Hagar, a slave, who bore Abram his son Ishmael; a child who was not to be of the covenant. In a sense Mohammed was the forerunner of the Protestant pick-and-choose mentality that is now running rampant even in the Catholic Church.

c.  He does nothing regarding the display of nudity throughout the Vatican and even allows the nudity in the Sistine Chapel to be restored to its hedonistic glory by Japanese philanthropists while it was being photographed in detail both before and after restoration.         He has further given approval to at least partial nudity when he allowed a topless woman in Papua-New Guinea, on May 8, 1985, to read one of the epistles during his Papal Mass. She read from a position in front of him and slightly to his right. He expressed no opposition to this occurrence then or latter thereby giving tacit approval for topless women to read at mass throughout the world.

d.  He happily welcomes President William Clinton into private audience in the Vatican (June 2, 1994). A man known as being solidly pro-abortion, pro-sodomy, and generally perverted. Clinton studied at "Catholic" Georgetown University –directed by Jesuits– and won a Rhodes (Masonic) Scholarship spending two years at Oxford University in England. Upon returning to the United States, he began law school at Yale University (a hotbed of Masonry that is home of the highly secretive and restrictive "Skull and Bones" Society that desires to control the world. Both the former and current President George Bush belong to this society), where he continued to be involved in government affairs. Yale is also where Bill met Hillary Rodham, who would later become his wife.
 

        In Soweto, South Africa, the non-Catholic Jesuit trained –ignorance not an excuse– President William Clinton received the Most Holy Eucharist –reported by Dan Rather on Tuesday Evening CBS News, 31 March 1998. Clinton and his sodomite loving spouse, Hillary Rodham, on Sunday, March 29th, received Jesus at the hands of a sacrilegious priest Father Mohlomi Makobane.         This crime –desecration of the most Holy Eucharist– is so great that it carries the penalty of automatic excommunication. Yet, this priest has not even been admonished for his crime, let alone his bishop for failure to discipline. Pope John Paul II cannot pretend that he did not know of this event as it was found newsworthy internationally.

1983 Code of Canon Law – Relating to Eucharist and Automatic Excommunication:

• Canon 915. Those upon whom the penalty of excommunication or interdict has been imposed or declared, and others who obstinately persist in manifest grave sin, are not to be admitted to holy communion.
   
• Can. 1367 Desecration of the Holy Eucharist - This should be thought of as including the giving of Holy Communion to any publicly known grave sinner regardless of position of authority.
   
• Can. 1364 Heresy – rejection of a formal Church teaching - This would include opposition to any doctrine of God or His Church as found in Sacred Scripture from Genesis to Revelation and all Universal doctrinal teachings on faith and morals.

        The conclusion I have reached, concerning this event, is that it was part of a Masonic pre-developed plan to discredit the Catholic doctrine of the Holy Eucharistic. In this they have succeeded as currently only about 30% of Catholics believe in the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. While always a part of Catholic tradition it was reinforced and set firmly as dogma of the Church in the 13th Session of the Council of Trent in reaction to positions taken by heretical protesting reformers. It may also be noted, in regard to the reception of the Eucharist, that Canon 2 of the 21st Session reads as follows:

        This is all seen as part of the goal of the Illuminati for a one world religion and a one world government; all under their control and that of associated organizations ( Freemasonry, Bilderbergers, B'nai B'rith, Shriners [membership restricted to high Masonic orders] and other groups some of which are kept totally secret).

        Many of the members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) –the American branch of a society organized in England that has part of its focus obliterating national boundaries and one world rule– are members of a secret society. The Bilderbergers is a quasi-secret consortium of international elite who meet annually to plan world economic and political policies. The Trilateral Commission –intertwined with the CFR– is international ... and ... intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing of the political government of the United States – per Senator Barry Goldwater.

e.  Pope John Paul II prays with other Christian leaders as though they were on an equal basis with the Holy Office which he is legally, but not morally, currently holding. – There is no reason to believe that a pope is not a legitimate subject for moral automatic excommunication according to Church law for known heresy, and so forth. However, it is recognized that until he is legally (physically) removed from office he remains a legal pope.

• "After a first and second warning, break off contact with a heretic, [11] realizing that such a person is perverted and sinful and stands self-condemned." [Titus 3:10-11]

        The following is suggested as an appropriate method for legally removing a morally excommunicated pope from office.  COMMENT: A pope should also be able to be legally removed from office when just charges have been brought against him for failure to remove from office, in a timely manner, a bishop or cardinal guilty of, or an accomplice in, an automatically excommunicatable offense after charges have been openly presented and verified.
        There is no known canonical papal protection for acts committed warranting automatic excommunication followed by his legal removal from office in a just manner. Canon 1372 only refers to appeal from a pope's juridical acts based upon cases presented to him regarding those under his jurisdiction. It does not give him personal protection for his own egregious offenses.
        Any ten (10) bishops, who are currently ordinaries of their dioceses and not due for retirement in the next two years, should be able to combine into a group and bring charges against a pope. Bishops pressing charges must understand that their failure to prove their assertions warrants their immediate removal from the ranks of bishop. Legal actions of a pope are under suspension until such time as hearings are concluded.
        Members of the college of cardinals should be the jurists for the trial of a pope and have a quorum of not less than two-thirds of those under 80 years of age, in acceptable health, not impeded from attending due to interference by their government, or unable to attend due to time required for travel. All hearings must be open to Catholic laity and media, but television and other image recording devices may be excluded. All cardinals and archbishops should have the unqualified right to attend a papal trial.
        All cardinals are to be notified upon presentation of documented charges containing notarized certifications of presenting bishops. Trial is to commence not more than 30 days after original presentation of charges. Failure for trial to begin in a timely manner should be cause for the cardinals to be disqualified and subject to removal from office. A random selection of 120 available archbishops who are not cardinals should be appointed as replacement jurists. The highest ranking available non-jurist canon lawyer should preside. Note: Presenters of charges should be disqualified as jurists or presiding canonist.
        Initial votes should take place not more than ten working days (Monday through Friday) after commencement of trial. The jurists should vote (a simple majority decides) on the following:

1. Is the presiding judge morally fulfilling his office?
   If no; Then he is automatically removed and the next ranking jurist is to take his place.
2. If yes; Has adequate information and witnesses been provided to take a definitive vote?
   If no; the jurists should be able to state what additional information or witnesses they want.
3. If yes; A deciding vote based upon reasoned belief of guilt or innocence should be made.
   Bishops and cardinals should publicly recognize the following:
   1. Woe to those who prefer charges against an innocent pope or find an innocent pope guilty.
   2. Woe to those who shrink from their duty concerning the presentation of charges or the trying of a pope who should be removed from office.

        Orthodox Judaism esteems the Talmud as its supreme guide. The Talmud states that Jesus Christ was a sorcerer and the son of a whore named Miriam the hairdresser. The Talmud says Christ is in hell being boiled in hot excrement. The Talmud gloats over Christ's crucifixion and early death. The Talmud is also about the minutia of life:

• [Talmud - Mas. Berachoth 25b: Abaye said: A little excrement may be neutralized with spittle; to which Raba added: It must be thick spittle. Raba said: If the excrement is in a hole, he may put his shoe over it and recite the Shema'.² Mar the son of Rabina inquired: What is the rule if there is some dung sticking to his shoe? — This was left unanswered.] ² Shema – the Jewish confession of faith made up of Deut. 6:4-9; 11:13-21 and Num. 15:37-41.               

        It was the Jewish chief priests who paid to have Jesus betrayed and who made the decision to have Jesus put to death. Are the chief priests of the Catholic Church of today any different? Do they not pray with the descendants of those who betrayed Jesus and remain unconverted to the truths of Jesus?

        The Jewish chief priests were cowards as is true with many such today. Are the chief priests (the bishops) of the Catholic Church today any different?

Luke 20:19 — The scribes and chief priests sought to lay their hands on him at that very hour, but they feared the people, for they knew that he had addressed this parable to them.

 

• [Talmud - Mas. Eiruvin 21b: My son, be more careful in [the observance of] the words of the Scribes than in the words of the Torah, for in the laws of the Torah there are positive and negative precepts; but, as to the laws of the Scribes, whoever transgresses any of the enactments of the Scribes incurs the penalty of death.]
   
• [Talmud - Mas. Gittin 57a: Whoever mocks at the words of the Sages is punished with boiling hot excrement.]
   
• [Talmud - Mas. Eiruvin 21b: ‘when for [neglecting] the words of the Rabbis one deserves death? It is better that I myself should die than that I should transgress against the opinion of my colleagues'.]
   
• [Talmud - Mas. Mo'ed Katan 17a: If one sees that his [evil] yezer is gaining sway over him, let him go away where he is not known; let him put on sordid clothes, don a sordid wrap and do the sordid deed that his heart desires rather than profane the name of Heaven openly.]
   
• [Talmud - Mas. Sanhedrin 57a: ‘For murder, whether of a Cuthean (gentile; non-Jew) by a Cuthean, or of an Israelite by a Cuthean, punishment is incurred; but of a Cuthean by an Israelite, there is no death penalty'?]
   
• [Talmud - Mas. Baba Kama 113a ‘Where a suit arises between an Israelite and a heathen, if you can justify the former according to the laws of Israel, justify him and say: ‘This is our law'; so also if you can justify him by the laws of the heathens justify him and say [to the other party:] ‘This is your law'; but if this can not be done, we use subterfuges to circumvent him.]
   
• [Talmud - Mas. Sanhedrin 106a: Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, [did the children of Israel slay with the sword].40 A soothsayer? But he was a prophet! — R. Johanan said: At first he was a prophet, but subsequently a soothsayer.41 R. Papa observed: This is what men say, ‘She who was the descendant of princes and governors, played the harlot with carpenters.'42 —
  (42) ‘Shipdraggers,' (v. Rashi). Herford, Christianity in the Talmud, p. 48, suggests that Balaam is frequently used in the Talmud as a type for Jesus (v. also pp. 64-70). Though no name is mentioned to shew which woman is meant, the mother of Jesus may be alluded to, which theory is strengthened by the statement that she mated with a carpenter. (The Munich MS. has rcd in the margin instead of hrcd, i.e., singular instead of plural.)]

          "In 1994, Rabbi Tzvi Marx, director of Applied Education at the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem, made a remarkable admission concerning how Jewish rabbis in the past have issued two sets of texts: the authentic Talmudic texts with which they instruct their own youth in the Talmud schools (yeshiviot) and "censured and amended" versions which they disseminate to gullible non-Jews for public consumption.         "For example, the translators of the English Soncino version of the Talmud sometimes render the Hebrew word goyim (Gentiles) under any number of disguise words such as "heathen, Cuthean, Kushite, Egyptian, idolater" etc. But these are actually references to Gentiles (all non-Jews). Footnotes for certain passages in the Soncino Talmud translation state: "Cuthean (Samaritan) was here substituted for the original goy ...""

• Matthew 15:6  "need not honor his father.' You have nullified the word of God for the sake of your tradition."
• Mark 7:13  "You nullify the word of God in favor of your tradition that you have handed on. And you do many such things." [Mk. 7:1-13]
• Matthew 15:3  He said to them in reply, "And why do you break the commandment of God for the sake of your tradition?"
• Matthew 15:7-9  Hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy about you when he said:
  [8] 'This people honors me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me;
  [9] in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines human precepts.' "
• Matthew 5:20  I tell you, unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
• Mark 7:7  In vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines human precepts.'
• John 12:43  "For they preferred human praise to the glory of God."

        Holy Thursday, the Last Supper of Jesus before mortal death, was the last Supper of His association with and His attachment to Judaism. This supper completed the full circle of the descendants of Jacob (a.k.a. Israel) being set free -visualized in the first Passover Supper in Egypt- from slavery to their return to slavery symbolized in Jesus' Last Supper (Passover protection nullifying meal) before His death on Calvary that established the New Covenant with people of faith of all races. People of faith are brought into Heaven following bodily death when they have reached the necessary state of perfection required for entry.

        Jesus was a true descendant of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who was called Israel. He practiced the faith established by His Father that was given through Moses. Jesus was a true Hebrew. He worshiped at the Temple of Jerusalem, but, it cannot be said that He thought of himself as a Jew from "John 13" onward. It is certain that Jesus died a Christian. He was the prototype Christian. He did not die a Jew.

• John 13:33 My children, I will be with you only a little while longer. You will look for me, and as I told the Jews, 'Where I go you cannot come,' so now I say it to you.
• John 18:20 Jesus answered him, "I have spoken publicly to the world. I have always taught in a synagogue or in the temple area where all the Jews gather, and in secret I have said nothing.
• John 18:36 Jesus answered, "My kingdom does not belong to this world. If my kingdom did belong to this world, my attendants (would) be fighting to keep me from being handed over to the Jews.

        Jesus came into this life under Mosaic Law –that was then governed by the Jews– specifically to put an end to Judaism and to establish Christianity as the one and only true faith. He entered the world accepting all lawful Jewish teachings but left it a Christian; the expanded standard of truth. He came specifically into this life:

1. To call those among the previously chosen people who would listen;
2. Next to disavow perverted Judaism as being an approved faith in almighty God;
3. To open the gates of Heaven through His suffering and death in obedience to His Father so that those of faith could enter into eternal life;
4. Finally to reach out to the rest of humanity to convert them to the new relationship of faith He was establishing with God the Father. Converts to true Christianity from that point on are the acceptable children of Abraham, the prototype of faith.

        While the Catholic Church has no animosity toward well-intentioned people of any faith –who minimally observe and practice the tenants of natural law– it does say there is only one true Church and that informed people regarding Catholic (Scriptural) teachings, especially when given due witness, must become formal members of The Church in order to have the opportunity for salvation.

        Historic, orthodox Catholicism has always believed in the "supposed guilt" of the Jewish leadership in the murder of the Lord Jesus and the murder of the prophets, and that the Jewish leadership has always been in opposition to the general good of all men. That incidentally is not an "interpretation," it's a direct quote from Sacred Scripture which John Paul II negates and betrays.

• "For you, brothers, have become imitators of the churches of God that are in Judea in Christ Jesus. For you suffer the same things from your compatriots as they did from the Jews (members of a religious belief system once approved by God), [15] who killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets and persecuted us; they do not please God, and are opposed to everyone, [16] trying to prevent us from speaking to the Gentiles that they may be saved, thus constantly filling up the measure of their sins. But the wrath of God has finally begun to come upon them." [1 Thes. 2:14-16]

        Jesus spoke against the unwritten law of the Jews (Scribes, Pharisees, Sadducees, priests) but affirmed the written law that Jews commonly ignore:

• He responded, "Well did Isaiah prophesy about you hypocrites, as it is written: 'This people honors me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me; [7] In vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines human precepts.' [8] You disregard God's commandment but cling to human tradition." [9] He went on to say, "How well you have set aside the commandment of God in order to uphold your tradition!" [Mark 7:6-9]
• "In the course of his teaching he said, "Beware of the scribes, who like to go around in long robes and accept greetings in the marketplaces, [39] seats of honor in synagogues, and places of honor at banquets. [40] They devour the houses of widows and, as a pretext, recite lengthy prayers. They will receive a very severe condemnation." [Mark 12:38-40]
• "Then they understood that he was not telling them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees." [Matthew 16:12]

        They make burdens hard for men to carry:

• And he said, "Woe also to you scholars of the law! You impose on people burdens hard to carry, but you yourselves do not lift one finger to touch them." [Luke 11:46]

        God's covenant with the tribes of Israel was conditional and has been replaced with the new and final covenant with those keeping the Word of God in faith and with true love.

• "Jesus said to them, "Did you never read in the scriptures: 'The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; by the Lord has this been done, and it is wonderful in our eyes'? [43] Therefore, I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people that will produce its fruit." [Matthew 21:42-43]

        The first covenant was made in association with a kingdom of ministerial priests who made formal presentations of offerings relinquished by members of the tribes of Israel –the replaced priestly people– according to the law. In the second covenant a new kingdom of ministerial priests ordained by the Son of God to offer presentations made by members of the faith –the new priestly people– in cooperation and union with the propitiatory offering that Jesus made on Calvary. Members of the true Church of faith are referred to collectively as the priesthood of the faithful and are the only ones approved for directly participating in the sacrificial offering of Jesus.
        The replacement of the first covenant with the second began with the death of Christ; its public introduction was made on Pentecost Sunday and given finality with the destruction of the temple of Jerusalem in 70 A.D., an event that had been predicted by Jesus.

• "While some people were speaking about how the temple was adorned with costly stones and votive offerings, he said, [6] "All that you see here--the days will come when there will not be left a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down." [Luke 21:5-6]

        It is prudent to distinguish between a covenant and a testament:

a.   A testament is a declaration; a certified statement of knowledge concerning God's will; a witnessed document; a body of writings considered as sacred and authoritative.
b.   A covenant (solemn contract) is an agreement, a binding pledge that continues as long as the stated conditions are kept. While those teachings of the Old Testament remain valid that have not been changed, replaced or removed by Jesus, the Old Covenant itself has been replaced by the New Covenant (agreement). Through obstinacy the Old Covenant was severed.
• "Then Abraham said, 'If they will not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone should rise from the dead.' " [Luke 16:31]

        In researching Freemasonry, ^{Endnote 2} its related organizations and offshoots, and their membership that has included presidents such as George Washington and Franklin D. Roosevelt, it has become increasingly apparent that many cardinals and bishops are members of the Illuminati and associated organizations. Masonic cardinals were key in the election of John Paul II. These cardinals had mostly been installed by Paul VI and by John XXIII. It is probable that Freemasonry's involvement dates at least as far back as Pius XII and possibly even as far back as Pius IX or before.
        The well-defined master plan of the Illuminati –Freemasons and others– is founded upon long established goals with planning taking place over a hundred and more years. While the Freemasons have a public presence, it serves primarily for recruitment, financial support, and local control. Members in the lower ranks are little more than pawns in the master plan. Those in the highest ranks are the ones aware of the long term international strategies.
        The most destructive are the high order members that have involvement with the Illuminati and are not publicly known — their secret agents. The probability that pope John Paul II does not have some involvement with this category is slim and, practically speaking, none.

        It could be that John Paul II is little more than a ham actor who is playing to an audience for the purpose of self-esteem. The undermining of the Catholic faith however has been too well planned for any one man to do the damage that has been accomplished by Karol Wojtyla a.k.a. pope John Paul II.

        [Pope John Paul II asks for forgiveness for the sins of the Holy Roman Catholic Church throughout the ages. Note: The Catholic Church itself is sinless as is its founder Jesus. Only men can sin and these must personally ask for forgiveness. His action clearly is intended to discredit the true Church.
        While it is ludicrous to apologize for the sins of another person, one may properly apologize for failing to publicly admonish a public sinner – priest, bishop, pope – for sins against God and the members of His Church.]

        John Paul II allowed a priestess of Shiva to create the traditional Shiva mark on his forehead. Shiva is a pagan god from India. She is part of the Hindu trinity of Brahma (Creator), Vishnu (Preserver), and Shiva (Destroyer). Shiva's reputation is well known and sinister... the pope apparently sees nothing wrong with accepting a mark in association with the dark Hindu god of destruction.

        Here it becomes important to develop the concepts of legal and moral holding of papal office. Legal has to do with public presentation and acts that have legal effect in society and in the Church that are not in opposition to formal Church teachings. One who legally occupies an office may perform all temporal legal activities of that office, and, in the purely legal realm such acts are valid although some at a later date may be declared void. Signing civil contracts, making appointments, and even ordinations to the priesthood are legal acts. (In so far as ordination and some other legal acts are concerned the moral validity of the legal act primarily rests with the recipient. A legal but not moral recipient of ordination may have his ordination declared null with or without his acquiescence.)

        The moral and grace imparting acts of a priest that require both moral and legal validity are considered to be without effect. The sacraments of Penance, Holy Eucharist, Confirmation, and the Anointing of the Sick (formerly referred to as Extreme Unction) are understood to fall in this category. In relation to the Sacrament of Penance, the desire of a sincerely repentant person not aware of a defect and who has the proper intent may be considered to have his sins forgiven by reason of honest contrition (God is reasonable – see also epikeia), but would not receive the blessings associated with the sacrament.

        All moral and disciplinary declarations of an automatically excommunicated pope are permanently suspect unless ratified by a subsequent pope who remains in good standing. This would include all encyclicals and other documents issued by him or with his approval and would include elevations to the ranks of venerable, blessed, and saint.

        The Catholic faith can be deconstructed by priests, bishops, cardinals and popes by both commission and omission with the consequence of their eternal damnation if they fail to repent and make appropriate restitution. – Reasonable belief postulates that publicly known sin requires public restitution to establish moral sincerity before God.

        In relation to pope John Paul II, it is highly unlikely and even improbable that due to the duration and gravity of his numerous sins that he is apt to be given the opportunity for repentance and salvation. Of course, the longer he holds to his current positions the truer this becomes. Karol Wojtyla (pope John Paul II), is being condemned by his own actions and perhaps more so by his inactions.

• "He will answer them, 'Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me.' [46] And these will go off to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life." [Matthew 25:45-46] [Isaiah 58:6-7]

        This condemnation is declared in relation to failure to practice the Corporal Works of Mercy that deal with the human condition of man. How much greater the condemnation must be for those who fail to practice the Spiritual Works of Mercy when it is a commitment of office.

        Attempts at deconstruction of the Church have taken place at least in part by John Paul's numerous deceptions (a tactic professionally used by Lucifer in the Garden of Eden) that lead Catholic faithful to believe that he is a man of faith by teaching some truths of faith while at the same time, through his actions and inactions, demonstrating that they need not be put into practice. He talks the big talk to those who want to hear it, leading them to believe that he wants the good, while at the same time his statements aggravate, for a while, those who do not want to believe in the teachings of the Church. In the long run these are the ones who are satiated as they can literally do whatever they want regardless of protestations made about or against their actions. What better way to deconstruct than by teaching a watered down version of the Catholic faith while at the same time doing nothing to demonstrate that even those teachings he does profess have any substantive value.

• "And he told them a parable, "Can a blind person guide a blind person? Will not both fall into a pit?" [Luke 6:39] (Freemasons and ilk must be considered among the blind.)

        One's first loyalty is to Jesus and His word. When a pope is acting in accordance with God's will then he is due full loyalty, but not otherwise. He must not only teach correctly but must also set good example including public discipline of the hierarchy when called for.

• "Reprimand publicly those who do sin, so that the rest also will be afraid." [1 Tim. 5:20]

        Is it possible for John Paul II to meaningfully repent and receive the mercy of God, at this late date of his service as pope (over 22 years), if indeed he is attached to or associated with the Illuminati, Freemasonry, or a similar type organization? ^{Endnote 2}

        It is probably impossible, due to the gravity of the sins he has committed, for this to happen short of his heartfelt contriteness and worthy (not as an act) public penance. Such would have to be accompanied by a major effort at restitution with the expectation that he would be put to death by the Masonic brotherhood following his public statement regarding the evil of his ways while exposing his former (masonic and/or deviant ⁷ ) associates both in and out of the Church. Additionally there must be included in the Code of Canon Law a diriment (invalidating) impediment to ordination ⁷ pertaining to membership in Freemasonry or any similar type organization.

• "Just as weeds are collected and burned (up) with fire, so will it be at the end of the age. [41] The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will collect out of his kingdom all who cause others to sin and all evildoers." [Matthew 13:40-41]

An Open Letter to Roger Cardinal Mahoney, Archbishop of Los Angeles.

        During Cardinal Mahoney's term as archbishop of Los Angeles he has allowed speakers, panelists, and "experts" who have heterodox, dissident, erroneous, and scandalous ideas and views to be featured at the annual archdiocesan religious education congresses. These presenters consist of show-and-tell dissenters, heretics, ex-priests, renegade nuns, and professional psycho babblers and human potential gurus (per Wanderer article). Note: It is not my contention that this misconduct originated with this Cardinal, but he is responsible for letting these events continue to take place.
        ... As bishop of Stockton, California, the then bishop Mahoney issued a letter to all priests, religious and laity involved with religious education. In this letter issued in early February, 1985 Bishop Mahoney noted that: "From time to time in the history of the Church it has been necessary to reaffirm the Church's authority because of some direct dissent from that teaching or because of confusion regarding the teaching." ...

        Is there an established pattern concerning those now in Church high office wherein while holding a lower office and being considered as candidates for promotion, they make statements that are considered highly conservative and favorable to the faith to mollify those who otherwise might oppose their future appointments? Then, when higher office is obtained, they fail to observe their own published positions.
        Has this pattern been so well established that priests and bishops are preselected by the Illuminati and instructed on what to do so that they can be promoted without raising objections? Do they know that once established in the hierarchy they can do pretty much as they please through the indulgence of an unfaithful pope?
        It seems clear that they know they can be in opposition to the teachings of the Church and not fear admonition, and, better yet, that they have the protection of the highest office holder in the Church. The faithful should know that many priests, bishops and cardinals are faithful servants of the Illuminati - the masters in control of their satanic multi-god brotherhood!

        Articles in conservative and traditional publications, that are never challenged by either bishops or the pope – at least challenged successfully, have long portrayed acts that should have brought about many public excommunications of bishops, priests, and lay Catholics such as the very liberal abortion loving U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy. Automatic excommunication should be seen as applying to cardinals such as archbishop Law of Boston for giving holy Communion to said Kennedy – an act that should be understood as public desecration of the Holy Eucharist.
        An article also found on the front page of the same issue of The Wanderer by Paul Likoudis, "Can Catholic Charities Put Faith Back Into Operations?" is another example of corruption in the Church. The problem with conservative publishers and editors of publications, such as The Wanderer and Catholic Family News, is that they refuse to recognize that a pope can do wrong not only by teaching error and breaking the commandments, but also by sins of omission. Such sins, due to his high-ranking position, are even more offensive to God than are the crimes of sodomy and abortion that are being endorsed by the omission of the discipline necessary to reinforce the teachings of true doctrine by priests of all ranks.
        In the United States there are many grave sinners, such as pro gay Bishop Matthew Clark of Rochester, New York, being retained in office when they should long ago have been excommunicated and replaced. Other nations also certainly have their bad bishops, otherwise the Church would not be in the state of decline throughout the world that it is in today.
        Traditionalists, including publishers and editors of periodicals such as The Remnant while at least beginning to recognize the extent of hierarchical problems in the Church, have mistakenly focused on a liturgy that seems to lend them some sort of stability in faith. While any right thinking liturgists should recognize the grave problems and misdirection of the liturgy of Paul VI (see: http://www.trosch.org/lit/eucharist-lit.html), this does not mean that the Tridentine Mass was faultless or that the order of the new Mass does not have its good points. To embark on tangents –that bring about divisions in the faith found desirable through the consummate errors now commonly being perpetrated while failing to recognize or accept the true problems in the Church– is counterproductive.

        A final consideration must be examined. In recent years the public media has exposed the defensive positions and actions of bishops of the Church regarding homosexuality and pedophilia throughout the priesthood. It is estimated that dioceses in the United States have now paid out well over half of a billion dollars in relation to numerous lawsuits concerning the pedophilia of some priests. Bishops have failed to take appropriate action to prevent occurrences and reoccurrences.
        There is also the little known but common fact that other dioceses have made large contributions to dioceses that have large settlements against them. It seems that these may be cases of where one homosexual or otherwise deviant bishop contributes to the support of another deviant bishop who has protected or defended a pedophile priest. It is also little known by many Catholics that bishops transfer priests with deviant behaviors to the diocese of other bishops who know that such deviancy exists. They are not only accepted into another diocese but may be given a parish.
        Righteous Catholic media are increasingly beginning to recognize and report on homosexual problems in ministries. Recently there has been a book published that quotes the condition of a religious order wherein 80% of the seminarians are homosexual. The priest author of the book,³ himself a rector of a seminary, has stated that he believes that up to 60% of seminarians are homosexual of which at least some are active or potential pedophiles.⁴

        The official teaching of the Church is that homosexuality is a disordered condition, yet, there has been amazingly little effort at deterring homosexual applicants to the priesthood and preventing their ordination. This must be considered as a weakening of the sanctity of the priesthood that lends to the watering down of teachings concerning the full content of faith.
        Further, the high homosexual presence in seminaries deters legitimate heterosexual applicants from seeking ordination into what they recognized as being perverted association. Homosexual and pedophile activity is a direct result of homosexual presence in the priesthood. Note: Homosexuals can easily be blackmailed by anyone who knows or even rightly believes that one is a homosexual.
        Homosexuals commonly have awareness of the homosexuality of another homosexual. Homosexuals can thereby easily seek protection from a homosexual bishop for any form of misconduct. They can also demand better assignments and promotions for which they would otherwise not be eligible. A high concentration of homosexuals in the priesthood of all ranks would also account for the high success rate of the activities of the Illuminati in the Church.

        A rational pope, a pope of faith not encumbered by materialism or his own deviant sins, would declare that homosexual orientation of itself is a diriment (invalidating) impediment to ordination. ⁷ It is my position that additionally he should declare that homosexual activity by anyone in religious life should be under a sentence of automatic excommunication, that is totally reserved (unforgivable), in regard to anyone remaining in religious life. Such persons would be permanently excluded from reentry into any level of religious life.

        It is my understanding that about the 11th century the Latin Rite of the Church prohibited clergy to marry in contradiction to the clear and irreversible teachings found in Saint Paul:

• "Do we not have the right to take along a Christian wife, as do the rest of the apostles, and the brothers of the Lord, and Kephas?" [1 Cor. 9:5]
• "but because of cases of immorality every man should have his own wife (singular), and every woman her own husband." [1 Cor. 7:2]

        As popes do not have the authority to compromise or reverse the Word of God, the Latin Rite rule against marriage of priests is deemed invalid.

The foregoing passages do not infer that every man must get married for Saint Paul also says:

• "This I say by way of concession, however, not as a command. [7] Indeed, I wish everyone to be as I am, but each has a particular gift from God, one of one kind and one of another.         [8] Now to the unmarried and to widows, I say: it is a good thing for them to remain as they are, as I do, [9] but if they cannot exercise self-control they should marry, for it is better to marry than to be on fire." [1 Cor. 7:6-9]

In the Gospels Jesus also gave recognition to the value of celibate life:

• "Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so; some, because they were made so by others; some, because they have renounced marriage for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Whoever can accept this ought to accept it." [Matthew 19:12]

A still valid condition regarding marriage of priests was given in the Old Testament:

• "The priest shall marry a virgin. [14] Not a widow or a woman who has been divorced or a woman who has lost her honor as a prostitute, but a virgin, taken from his own people (Catholic), shall he marry;" [Leviticus 21:13-14]

        This command not only protects the sanctity of the priesthood but also stresses the importance, the value of virginity. The effect of this command would be seen as placing a value on the teaching against engaging in pre-marital sexual union.

        Saint Paul also laid down the following restriction concerning marriage, a condition that applies to all clerics and is a stipulation that might be further expanded upon but never diminished:

• "Therefore, a bishop must be irreproachable, married only once, temperate, self-controlled, decent, hospitable, able to teach," [1 Tim. 3:2]
• "For this reason I left you in Crete so that you might set right what remains to be done and appoint presbyters in every town, as I directed you, [6] on condition that a man be blameless, married only once, with believing children who are not accused of licentiousness or rebellious." [Titus 1:5-6]
• "Deacons may be married only once and must manage their children and their households well." [1 Tim. 3:12]

        Some have questioned the impact this might have upon a man whose wife dies prematurely. To have a proper relationship with God one must develop self-restraint; the practice of self-control. To this end the following still valid command was given in the Pentateuch and referenced often throughout the Old Testament. The reason that it was never referred to in the Gospels or the rest of the New Testament is simply that the command was so well established and understood that it was not subject to question.

• "When a woman has her menstrual flow, she shall be in a state of impurity for seven days. Anyone who touches her shall be unclean until evening." [Leviticus 15:19]
• "If a man dares to lie with her, he contracts her impurity and shall be unclean for seven days; every bed on which he then lies also becomes unclean." [Leviticus 15:24]
• "You shall not approach a woman to have intercourse with her while she is unclean from menstruation." [Leviticus 18:19] This is given in the form of a commandment.
• "If a man lies in sexual intercourse with a woman during her menstrual period, both of them shall be cut off from their people, because they have laid bare the flowing fountain of her blood." [Leviticus 20:18 ]
• "if he does not eat on the mountains, nor raise his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel; if he does not defile his neighbor's wife, nor have relations with a woman in her menstrual period;" [Ezekiel 18:6] The seriousness of the command is clearly seen in this association with false gods and adultery.
• "Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their land, they defiled it by their conduct and deeds. In my sight their conduct was like the defilement of a menstruous woman." [Ezekiel 36:17] This statement of God was made during a period of exile from the promised land due to grievous sins committed by the Israelites.

        Sexual intercourse during a woman's menstrual period and subsequent restricted days has all but been ignored by most of today's Christians. It should be noted that Catholics throughout much of the world are practicing birth control to such a degree that currently first world Catholic births are well below replacement level. Observing the period of restriction for sexual activity places a woman into her fertile period when she is considered approved for sexual copulation. This fact helps to fulfill the initial command of God to "be fruitful and multiply," a command that is clearly not being observed today and will be the reason for the high numbers that will be eternally condemned. Other prescriptions for the development of sexual self-control also exist.

        While it is strongly believed that many high Church officials are ensconced with the Illuminati, it should be understood that the effectiveness of this infiltration is reinforced by the presence of large numbers in the presbyterate (priesthood) with deviant / disassociative behaviors.⁷ While homosexual problems are recorded in the very early Church their strength is not believed to have been much of a problem until after the Latin Rite ruling against married clergy was promulgated. It seems clear that by the time of Michelangelo ⁵ that homosexuality had become fairly well established within the hierarchy of the Church.

        A bishop who in anyway attempts to shelter or otherwise protect an automatically excommunicated cleric or religious should himself come under the sentence of automatic excommunication and be subjected to the same restrictions. It should also be incumbent upon a bishop to publicly excommunicate priests who are known to have committed grave sexual offenses.

In the Old Testament a man with a physical defect was prohibited from priestly service.

• "The LORD said to Moses, [17] "Speak to Aaron and tell him: None of your descendants, of whatever generation, who has any defect shall come forward to offer up the food of his God." [Leviticus 21:16-23] Aaron was the first priest in the first generation of priesthood established in the service of the true God.

        "Entry into the clerical state should further be restricted ⁷ to those without confusion about sexual orientation or identity; without childish interests and behavior; without extremes in developmental sexual experiences; without a personal history of childhood sexual abuse and /or deviant sexual experiences; and those without an excessively passive, dependent, or conforming personality." ³

        While many homosexuals and others with disordered conditions often have above average intelligence, and have talents that may seem useful in priestly ministry, it should be recognized that they, even in denial, instinctively know that homosexuality is a disordered condition and that society as a whole frowns upon it. They also know that active homosexuals are soundly condemned in the Word of God. They are further aware of the Gospel admonition to take the log out one's own eye first before trying to take the speck out of someone else's eye.

• "Why do you notice the splinter in your brother's eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye? [4] How can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove that splinter from your eye,' while the wooden beam is in your eye? [5] You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother's eye." [Matthew 7:3-5]

        For this reason it should be understood that homosexual priests who preach the Word of God are extremely careful to avoid the appearance of condemning the actions of another as they instinctively sense or feel their own disordered condition. This sensitivity commonly prevents them from effectively preaching the Word of God in the footsteps of Jesus. The extreme is reached when they avoid any teaching that concerns the temporal and eternal destructiveness of sin. The desire not to acknowledge the presence of one's innate sense of truth does not prevent such sense of truth from being present. Many will select passages that easily lend themselves to misinterpretation:

• "Be merciful, just as (also) your Father is merciful. [37] "Stop judging and you will not be judged. Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven." [Luke 6:36-37] Note: There is no automatic granting of mercy to any culpable individual.
• "We have come to know and to believe in the love God has for us.
  God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him." [1 John 4:16] Go to:  http://www.trosch.org/the/love.html target="_blank"  for a proper understanding of the phrase, "God is love."

Such passages as these when taken out of the perspective of the whole of Sacred Scripture are extremely misleading to those who are impaired in mind and heart.

        It should readily be understood that sinners will solicit, support, protect, and elevate sinners in conformity with their own standards and will not act justly toward those who are opposed to sin or depraved conduct. The homosexuality factor and other associating deviant behaviors such as pregnancy avoidance and pre-birth child murder ⁷ have developed humanism in homiletic presentations (sermons). The content of homilies, due to the prevalence of homosexual priests that in turn affects non-homosexual priests, has been greatly diminished and often has lost any real sense of truth.

        No pope has the authority to oppose, contradict, or change direction in regard to any matter concerning faith and morals, or the universal disciplinary teachings of the Church that have their foundation in Sacred Scripture and properly validated councils of the Catholic Church. – A sign of a true council is that it does not oppose the teachings of Sacred Scripture, "The Word of God."

• "And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it. [19] I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." [Matthew 16:18f]

This passage defines the authority of the papacy and is permanently binding. As properly understood it refers to doctrinally authenticated developments and also to discipline in the Church not established in Sacred Scripture. The whole of Scripture and also universally applicable doctrine, as defined and authenticated concerning matters of faith and morals, are non-diminishable and irreversible.

        A true pope has additional responsibility for developing needed discipline in the Church and has corresponding responsibility to see that doctrine and discipline in the Church is maintained. Church developed discipline, not associated with doctrine, that is found to be no longer applicable, counterproductive, ruinous, or can be improved upon can be terminated, reversed, diminished, or advanced.

        The authority given to Simon Peter and his successors by Jesus when the passage is reasonably examined reveals the following:

1. Build my Church: As God is one (in total harmony and agreement) so also must the people of faith be one. Oneness with God is primary to any form of unity that is lasting. While God is merciful to those who sincerely seek mercy, He does not permit any form of disharmony in Heaven (there is no need for the granting of mercy in Heaven). Every trace of obstinacy to truth will be purged before one is allowed to enter the eternal kingdom. Strength comes through unity that is derived from adherence to truth. To compromise truth is destructive. Openness to and acceptance of truth is necessary for salvation.
2. The Keys: Each pope has the responsibility for maintaining the integrity of faith within the Church. Real faith is based upon adherence to truth. Agreement concerning articles of faith must be based upon solid time-tested truths as established by God in Scripture. Any attempt at unity based upon a hollow concept of reconciliation that compromises the Word of God must be seen as false and counterproductive.
3. Binding and losing must be universal (earth / habitat). Articles of faith and discipline must apply to all to be considered as binding. Specialized rules of order and conduct may apply to a particular group of people such as a religious order.
4. Teachings of God and teachings concerning discipline established in Sacred Scripture can neither be diminished nor reversed. (It would be foolish to believe that the God of perfection would give commands that would only apply for a period of time, or be subject to change at the whim of Rock or one of his successors.)
   • "He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind me, Satan! You are an obstacle to me. You are thinking not as God does, but as human beings do." [Matthew 16:23]
5. The person holding the office of Peter is humanly fallible. He will be condemned if he does not oppose humanism. Even concerning a validly installed pope one must always be open to questioning whether his personal words, actions, and inactions are holy and worthy in accordance with God's will.
   • "Test everything; retain what is good." [1 Thes. 5:21]
   • "Beloved, do not trust every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they belong to God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." [1 John 4:1]
   • "I, the LORD, alone probe the mind and test the heart, To reward everyone according to his ways, according to the merit of his deeds. [Jeremiah 17:10]

Death Penalty Permanently Established
        – Opposition to or diminishment of Death Penalty is Heresy.
        – It May not be diminished under penalty of Automatic Excommunication.

        A pope is not authorized to make any change of direction in regard to doctrine or biblically established discipline. While clarifications of doctrinal teachings may be made, the direction itself, once established, cannot be altered. For instance, Cain murdered Able; in Scripture it is referred to as, "Cain killed Able." Cain's punishment incorporates both penalties and banishment. Immediately following the great flood God gave this command to Noah and his sons,

• "For your own lifeblood, too, I will demand an accounting: from every animal I will demand it, and from man in regard to his fellow man I will demand an accounting for human life. [6] If anyone sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; For in the image of God has man been made." [Genesis 9:5-6]

        It should be obvious that if someone killed another and he in turn was killed for killing according to the directive then humanity would soon end. Proper reasoning makes it clear that this command does not apply to all types of killing. There are various degrees and forms of killing; defensive, wilful, accidental, and so forth. For the narrow minded this was clarified through the teachings given to Moses wherein cities of refuge were established for those not guilty of the deliberate killing of an innocent person.

        The commandment, "Thou shalt not kill," properly understood by any rightly thinking person, would in proper context be understood as, "thou shall not take the life of an innocent ⁶ person," that is, "Thou shalt not murder."

      a felony. Justice is not served by not executing a guilty person even though others go free.
      Sin is committed when an adjudged murderer is not executed.

        The direction established from Cain to Noah was to clearly increase the gravity of penalty for murder. Additionally, other commands for executions were included in the Mosaic covenant.

        Jesus Himself in the Gospels talked about "thou shalt not kill,"

• "You have heard that it was said to your ancestors, 'You shall not kill; and whoever kills will be liable to judgment.' [22] But I say to you, whoever is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment, and whoever says to his brother, 'Raqa,' (a term of abuse probably meaning "imbecile," "blockhead,"or similar) will be answerable to the Sanhedrin, and whoever says, 'You fool,' will be liable to fiery Gehenna." [Matthew 5:21-22]

        The increase in direction is continued, not diminished nor reversed. Note however that there is no command regarding temporal retribution for mental only death provoking anger, that is, killing in word or thought only.

        No pope has the authority to change God's designated / declared word. Each pope in fact has a responsibility to maintain God's written word. Failure to do so, or to oppose God's word, equates with heresy. What God has declared no mere human has the authority to change regardless of rank or position.

NEW TESTAMENT QUOTES:

• "Although they know the just decree of God that all who practice such things deserve death, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them." [Rom. 1:32]

        Every believer must learn to distinguish between the papacy –the office or chair of Peter– and the person filling the office, the pope. The teachings and directions of the papacy are due full respect and obedience while the teachings and directions of a pope must be examined in relation to the established faith. The person who holds the office of pope is not infallible and everyone must learn to recognize this fact. This concept not only applies to priests of all ranks, but also applies to doctors, lawyers, and especially to politicians. There can be no legitimate doctrinal change of direction, or wavering in regard thereto. To affirm disagreement with any Biblical passage is to affirm disagreement with the Word of God, Jesus our Savior, who is always obedient to the Father.

        This document is being presented as there is no longer reasonable expectation that additional efforts at correcting problems will be fruitful with the obdurate legal hierarchy of the true Church.

• Matthew 5:13 "You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its taste, with what can it be seasoned? It is no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

        Karol Wojtyla is recognized as being highly intelligent and humanistically wise, but not spiritually wise. He is being admonished not only for his grave errors in teaching and faith practices, but even more so for his lack of acceptance of the role of disciplinarian that is inherent in his office. Only an Antichrist could accept the loss of souls that a true father would have averted.

^{Endnote 2}  The threat of excommunication was officially dropped in the new Catholic Code of Canon Law published in 1983 by Pope John Paul II. In the spirit of church reform (Vatican II) he made allowances for Catholic Freemasons but prohibited them from receiving the Holy Eucharist because their beliefs were still deemed a mortal sin. (Source: "Easing the Rule of Law, Time Magazine, Feb. 7, 1983). To me, that seems quite the contradiction of faith - to be a "Catholic Freemason." But then, Freemasonry's goal is to undermine Christ's Church and what better way to do that then quietly from within its ranks.
        Their efforts were most certainly best exemplified by the late Cardinal Annabale Bugnini, a former secretary of the Congregation of the Divine Cult, a Vatican department involved in the verification of miracles. Why he was never excommunicated as he should have been under Canon Law raises many questions. He served in Iran for many years as the Vatican's official representative and even negotiated on Pope John Paul II's behalf during the 1979/1980 Iranian hostage crisis.         When you begin to see how many Catholic officials *are* involved in Freemasonry, then you can also understand how a group of them could lobby to change Canon Law and prevent the excommunication of other Masonic members.
